The International Football Conference 2025, held over three inspiring days at Brøndby Stadium, once again proved why it is a key meeting point for leaders, practitioners, and decision-makers from across the global football ecosystem. As a proud partner of the event, XPS Network was delighted to be part of the conversations shaping the future of both the men’s and women’s game.

Hosted in the Michael Laudrup Lounge alongside the inaugural Women’s International Football Conference in the Ebbe Skovdahl Lounge, this year’s format strongly emphasized collaboration. Shared sessions, breaks, and networking opportunities created space for open dialogue between clubs, federations, and organisations working at the highest levels of player development and performance.

Across the conference, discussions covered elite player development across cultures, academy structures, recruitment strategies, evolving approaches to talent identification, performance analysis, and sustainable pathways to the first team. A clear and welcome theme throughout was the alignment between men’s and women’s football, reinforcing the importance of unified standards, shared knowledge, and long-term development models across the game.

Reflecting on the event, XPS Network representative Orri Sigurdsson shared: “The International Football Conference once again showed the power of bringing the football community together. The quality of discussion, the openness to share experiences, and the focus on both men’s and women’s development made this event truly special. These are exactly the kinds of environments where meaningful progress happens, and where tools like XPS Network can support clubs in turning ideas into everyday practice.”

We would like to thank the organisers, speakers, and everyone who took the time to connect with us during the conference. Events like these continue to inspire how we develop XPS Network – shaped by real conversations, real challenges, and the people working every day to move football forward.
