The latest XPS Webinar Turning Data into Real Insights with XPS Reports explored how clubs can move beyond collecting data and start communicating it in a clear, actionable way. The session hosted by Gustav Rosqvist and Jure Šterbucl focused on the challenges modern teams face – multiple data sources, information overload, and the difficulty of presenting what truly matters to the right people inside a club.
The webinar walked through the XPS Reports environment step-by-step, showing how coaches, performance staff, and management can design dashboards tailored to their roles. It also featured real examples from elite environment of RK Krim OTP Group Mercator with over 350 matches in the Handball Champions League, demonstrating how clubs streamline decision-making, monitor athletes more effectively, and ensure that key information is always accessible.
A central message of the session was the importance of flipping the traditional data workflow. Instead of starting with available metrics, teams are encouraged to begin by asking:
This approach makes it far easier to filter out noise and build reports that support real decisions.

Gustav Rosqvist demonstrated in the first part of the webinar how XPS Reports can be customized for different staff members:

Jure Šterbucl highlighted how individual reports give players and coaches a complete performance history in RK Krim handball club and how this data affects their decision making about player’s development targets and training plans. Readiness, injuries, testing trends, match statistics, IDPs and basically all S&C data can all be combined in one place.

Whether a club needs simple daily metrics or deeper integrations with GPS, wellness data, jump tests, VBT, or performance analytics, XPS Reports scales with the level of detail required. Enjoy the webinar!
