We are excited to see Oakland Roots and Soul SC join the XPS Family! Founded in 2019, Oakland joined USL Championship in 2021 and added a USL W League Women’s team Oakland Soul in 2023.

Oakland Roots is a purpose-driven men’s soccer team that seeks to harness the magic of Oakland and the power of sports as a social force for good. The club motto Know Your Roots and Oakland FIrst Always shows their clear local attachment and effort to support the Oakland community.

XPS Network will be used for planning and analyzing throughout the Roots and Soul soccer department.  XPS Reports will be helpful to track and monitor what the coaches and players are doing based on the data collected. This should facilitate the club making data driven decisions by highlighting both strengths and improvements needed for their different teams.
