We are delighted to announce another very traditional club into our volleyball portfolio. Volleyball Echternach was founded in 1966 and both men and women have played in the highest league in Luxembourg in its rich history.

Being a club with a conscious focus on local players and youth talent development, it has been a challenge to stay in the top leagues continuously. The club has now created a multiyear plan to establish both senior teams on the top level. Essential elements of their plan are to structure training methods, use professional tools, redefining roles in the club and get specific coaches on board concentrating on skills, strength & conditioning, tactics  and mental coaching.

The athletes now have autonomy to perform their conditioning work individually

The head coach of Volleyball Echternach Daniel Lettmann is aware of the main upgrades XPS brings to the club: “The XPS platform allows us to organise our team in a professional manner – freeing up more time for those important drill sessions on court, because the athletes now have autonomy to perform their conditioning work individually under the instruction of a dedicated strength coach using XPS since many years with athletes in other sports.”
