National Premier League clubs throughout Australia are utilising XPS as a tool for planning, analysis and communication. The partnerships between Sideline Sports and Aussie football clubs have been successfully evolving since 2018.
Community clubs, NPL teams & state federations are enjoying the perks of the platform. Over the last two years, Sutherland Sharks (NPL NSW), Wynnum Wolves (NPL QLD) & Caboolture Sports FC (FQPL 1) have made XPS an essential part of their day to day operations.
“XPS is really useful for us in streamlining communication between players, coaches and parents,” says Andrew Smith, Operations Manager, Sutherland Sharks.
Have a watch of our most recent XPS Stories episode showcasing how each club uses the platform across their various departments:

Each club takes full advantage of the Messaging & Calendar features, to ensure each team has dedicated channels and an agenda where they can access important information about training sessions, team events & games.
Throughout the season, coaches at Caboolture Sports FC spend time building their philosophy with the Playbook & Collections features, creating content that allows them to build out training programs and share drills with their squads.
“I like the way we can design animations & diagrams, then adjust them as we progress. I’ve used various programs to design my sessions in the past and I don’t think i’ve seen anything simpler than XPS,” says Patrick McKenna, U14 Academy Coach, Caboolture Sports FC.
President of Sutherland Sharks, Allan Edmundson, has completely transformed his planning process by switching to XPS from Keynote & Powerpoint. He ensures that data from every game is entered into the Match Reports and later analysed with the Monitoring & Reports feature.
“It’s been great because we can use the Match Reports to keep tabs on our top performers over the course of the season.” – Allan Edmundson, President, Sutherland Sharks
Borussia Dortmund’s youth development partner, Wynnum Wolves, see XPS as a comprehensive solution for all their needs. From sending out Readiness & RPE forms and tagging clips in the Video Analyser to drawing on footage in the Presenter and reporting injuries with XPS Health, XPS covers it all.
