XPS Network is proud to announce a new partnership with the Macedonian Handball Federation (RFM), bringing the XPS system to all eight national teams across both the men’s and women’s programs.
The cooperation marks an important step in the federation’s efforts to modernize the way their national teams work and collaborate. With one system connecting coaches, staff and players, the federation will be able to plan trainings, analyse matches, share information and communicate more easily across all national selections.

Founded in 1949 and headquartered in Skopje, the Macedonian Handball Federation oversees the country’s national leagues and national teams. Handball has long been one of the most important sports in North Macedonia, with the men’s national team regularly appearing at European and World Championships over the past two decades and a strong tradition of developing talented players through youth programs.
By introducing XPS across the federation, coaches will now have one environment where they can organize training plans, share video and feedback, and collect valuable information about their players. Instead of using several separate tools, everything is gathered in one place, making daily work easier for coaching staffs while also giving the federation better insight into the development of players across all national teams.
A key focus of the cooperation will be the development of younger national team categories. The Macedonian Handball Federation aims to build a more systematic approach to player development and ensure that information about players follows them as they move through different age categories.

Indira Kastratović, women’s national team coordinator, welcomed the onboarding of the system: “We would like to express our satisfaction with the introduction of the XPS Network within our national selections. It enables better organization, more efficient analysis, and higher-quality communication between the coaching staffs and the players.”
With shared training content, video analysis and performance feedback available in one place, coaches across different national teams will be able to stay aligned while still working within their own coaching philosophy. The system supports the methodology already used by the federation while helping coaches structure their work and keep track of important information about their players.

For the coaching staffs, the system will also play an important role in monitoring player development and preparing teams for international competition.
Men’s national team coordinator Filip Mirkulovski highlights the value of having a central system for tracking players: “With the use of XPS, we now have the opportunity to closely monitor trainings, matches, and the development of each player, which is of great importance for the long-term progress of our national teams.”

XPS will support coaches in their daily work and raise the professional level of the national team environment, adding: “The implementation of higher standards with XPS contributes to raising the professional level of our work and help us prepare our players even better.”
By connecting coaching observations, match analysis and development tracking, the system also helps coaches follow each athlete’s progress more clearly and supports the federation in building stronger development pathways from youth teams to the senior national squads.
Handball has a proud history in North Macedonia, and the federation continues to invest in tools and systems that support its future growth.
As Mirkulovski concludes: “Our goal is to continuously improve and to use modern tools that support the development of Macedonian handball, and the XPS system represents an important step in that direction.”

Commenting on the new cooperation, Jure Šterbucl from XPS Network Slovenia said: “We are very pleased to begin our cooperation with the Handball Federation of North Macedonia. During the initial onboarding sessions, we defined key guidelines to further strengthen the successful path that Macedonian handball is following at both the national team and club levels.”
He added that both sides share a common vision for the future of the sport: “We share a strong commitment to helping athletes develop to world-class levels and to creating the best possible environment for young talents to grow into future key players of senior men and women’s national teams.”
