STATSports produces a range of GPS-based tracking devices and associated software, from elite tier to grassroots products, that allow coaches and sports scientists to monitor various aspects of an athlete’s performance across multiple speed and volume metrics.

Vejle BK: This integration spikes players interest
One of the clubs benefiting from the use of both XPS Network and STATSports features is the Danish Superligaen Vejle BK: “Integrating Statsports with XPS seems to spike the players interest in their own physical match and training performance. Because the players have access to and can track their own GPS data, they sort of get in a competition with themselves to continually work harder and improve their own physical performance and competitiveness,” says the Head of Academy Physical Performance Kenny Bjerg.
He is followed by the Head of Coaching at Vejle BK, Thomas Graabæk: “The combination of XPS and STATSports helps us be more effective in our player development, because we can monitor and log all of our physical data combined with all player information. This means that we can gather our players’ development data in one place and benchmark all through age groups up till our 1st team.”
