V\u00fdzkumy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee ne\u010dinnost p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm, jako je obezita, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a opo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed (Tremblay et al., 2011; WHO, 2020). V reakci na to nesou sportovn\u00ed kluby a organizace po cel\u00e9 zemi jedine\u010dnou odpov\u011bdnost za to, aby tomuto trendu \u010delily vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm inkluzivn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed pro zapojen\u00ed ml\u00e1de\u017ee do pohybov\u00e9 aktivity.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00da\u010dast na r\u016fzn\u00fdch sportovn\u00edch aktivit\u00e1ch rozv\u00edj\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pohybov\u00e9 dovednosti, s\u00edlu, koordinaci a vytrvalost, \u010d\u00edm\u017e podporuje celo\u017eivotn\u00ed n\u00e1vyky v oblasti zdrav\u00ed a odolnosti (Giblin et al., 2014). Pokud sportovn\u00ed kluby kladou d\u016fraz na rozmanit\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 aktivity, pom\u00e1haj\u00ed d\u011btem vybudovat pevn\u00e9 z\u00e1klady, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed jejich celkovou pohodu i p\u0159ipravenost na n\u00e1roky prost\u0159ed\u00ed vrcholov\u00e9ho sportu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bez t\u011bchto z\u00e1kladn\u00edch fyzick\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed mohou m\u00edt mlad\u00ed sportovci probl\u00e9my zvl\u00e1dnout objem a intenzitu vy\u017eadovanou na vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch \u00farovn\u00edch, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje riziko zran\u011bn\u00ed a brzd\u00ed jejich dlouhodobou v\u00fdkonnost (DiFiori et al 2014; Van Hooren et al 2020; Jahanti et al 2024). Na\u0161e nepublikovan\u00e9 \u00fadaje nav\u00edc nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee na\u0161i mlad\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di vykazuj\u00ed dob\u0159e rozvinut\u00e9 specifick\u00e9 sportovn\u00ed dovednosti, v\u010detn\u011b rychlosti (sprinty na 10 a 20 m), skokansk\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed (skok s protipohybem a skok s odrazem 10-5) a anaerobn\u00ed kapacity (2&#215;150 m), ale postr\u00e1daj\u00ed obecn\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 schopnosti, jako je aerobn\u00ed kapacita, kter\u00e1 je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 pro zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed \u0161\u00edlen\u00e9ho objemu, kter\u00fd p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed elitn\u00ed h\u00e1zen\u00e1. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tyto fyzick\u00e9 schopnosti p\u0159isuzujeme trendu brzk\u00e9 specializace na jeden sport, kter\u00e1 \u010dasto za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 p\u0159ed 15. rokem v\u011bku. Pro podporu vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho sportovn\u00edho v\u00fdvoje je nezbytn\u00e9 podporovat rozmanitou a dostupnou sportovn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast mlad\u00fdch hr\u00e1\u010d\u016f p\u0159ed 15. rokem v\u011bku. Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je zaveden\u00ed komplexn\u00ed strategie sportovn\u00ed fyziologie p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu (od 12 let) rozvoji spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch fyzick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed a v dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed h\u00e1zenk\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdkonnosti. Tato strategie by m\u011bla sahat od rozvoje ml\u00e1de\u017ee a\u017e po elitn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 a zahrnovat kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 oblasti, jako je vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed tren\u00e9r\u016f a n\u00e1rodn\u00ed programy sportovn\u00edch gymn\u00e1zi\u00ed. Font et al. (2021, 2022) zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee dne\u0161n\u00ed h\u00e1zen\u00e1 klade d\u016fraz na rychl\u00e9 p\u0159echody a rychl\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, co\u017e od hr\u00e1\u010d\u016f vy\u017eaduje \u010dastou akceleraci a zm\u011bnu sm\u011bru. Manchado et al. (2020) to podporuj\u00ed, kdy\u017e poznamen\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e1 intenzita z\u00e1pas\u016f zm\u011bnila fyzickou kondici se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed rychlosti, s\u00edly a vytrvalosti, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 dr\u017eet krok s rychlou a dynamickou hrou. Tento posun je pro sportovce v\u00fdzvou k udr\u017een\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 v\u00fdkonnosti p\u0159i intenzivn\u00edm fyzick\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, co\u017e formuje tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 programy tak, aby spl\u0148ovaly tyto rostouc\u00ed standardy. Proto jsme vypracovali vlastn\u00ed sportovn\u00ed fyziologickou strategii SHF, se kterou se m\u016f\u017eete sezn\u00e1mit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.svenskhandboll.se\/Svenska_Handbollforbundet\/Strategi\/idrottsfysiologi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zde.<\/a>    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro dosa\u017een\u00ed t\u011bchto c\u00edl\u016f a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost na\u0161\u00ed strategie v oblasti sportovn\u00ed fyziologie je nezbytn\u00e9 komplexn\u011b zdokumentovat v\u0161echny na\u0161e \u010dinnosti, abychom zajistili vysokou \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost na\u0161ich hodnocen\u00ed. Ale tak\u00e9 poskytnout na\u0161im hr\u00e1\u010d\u016fm zp\u011btnou vazbu a navr\u017een\u00e9 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 programy na m\u00edru, se kter\u00fdmi mohou pracovat ve sv\u00e9m klubov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Tyto prahov\u00e9 hodnoty a hodnoty pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 intervalov\u00e9 form\u00e1ty jsou odvozeny u kombinace v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch dat a ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch praktick\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed (Buchheit &amp; Laursen, 2018; Jovanovic, 2018; Julio et al., 2020; Sandford et al., 2021; Aspin et al, 2024).   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karta je automatizovan\u00e1 v XPS a s pomoc\u00ed dvou test\u016f si pak hr\u00e1\u010di mohou nechat nahr\u00e1t sv\u016fj program do aplikace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toto je p\u0159\u00edklad struktury tr\u00e9ninku, kdy oba hr\u00e1\u010di b\u011b\u017e\u00ed stejn\u00fd interval (15\/15 x 16 p\u0159i \u017elut\u00e9 intenzit\u011b). Zohledn\u011bn\u00edm anaerobn\u00ed rychlostn\u00ed rezervy (ASR) v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017eeme zohlednit rozd\u00edly v jejich individu\u00e1ln\u00edch fyzick\u00fdch schopnostech. T\u00edm je zaji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee fyzick\u00e9 n\u00e1roky jsou vhodn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159eny a \u017ee ani jeden z hr\u00e1\u010d\u016f nen\u00ed na obecn\u00e9 \u00farovni nadm\u011brn\u011b nebo nedostate\u010dn\u011b stimulov\u00e1n.
